Development layouts for the financier's private Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Additionally featured in this latest document release seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had created ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by building living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, noted on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is covered in notations in red and contains a notes section labelling different areas of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be several other construction diagrams and construction drawings, including layouts for marina coverings.
Further documentation made public as part of the current congressional release.
